When u walk into the restaurant,
U know u're here for the food.
No fancy view,
no fav decor,
or extravagant table setting.
The exquisite Franco-Japanese creation of food simply juz blow ur mind away.
U will go home realizing
there is no romance or biz talk throughout the dinner
but all compliments of the food.
Waitress are flawless in their explanation of each dish.
The waiters were trained not to ask their customers to enjoy the food
because they are very sure of u will.
As usual, u will first be served with bread n butter.
The waiter will go around each of everyone
for the choices of the bread.
The bread is like any other freshly baked bread
but the black truffle salsa butter is soft n creamy,
very addictive to want for more breads.
Make sure u dont hav too much, save space for the coming 14 course.
#1 ~ Chill Corn Soup with Saffron & Vanilla Ice-Cream:

The fresh oysters swim in olive oil, lemon & its other secret dressing.

It is an extra dish that u must order.

They said the wagyu is excellent accompanied by wasabi & Lime,
I cant tell how gud it was because they prepared me another meal ~ Breast of Duck with Braised Witlof with Sansho & Walnut Jus:
The combination of jus and almost too raw duck blends beautifully..
I wish i can hav more jus to go with d duck.

Enjoyed it very slow,
very reluctant to move on to strawberry shortcake.

Sumtimes i tried to eat diff layers apart,
